LVS&TC would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for your membership with us. All memberships paid in full by June 1^st, 2011 will pay dues which are the same as last year! Due to the economy, Lenape Valley is committed to you, our valued members! Please note that rates will increase after June 1^st, 2011. Other membership options are available.

Minimum deposits of $100.00 are accepted. Members bringing new families will receive four (4) free guest passes. Your name must appear on the new members' application to receive credit. Thank you in advance for your referrals! If you are billed for a table rental, a minimum payment of $225.00 is required. MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MEMORIAL DAY. Payment plans are available. A reminder: all chairs and tables in the grass area are for your use FREE OF CHARGE on a first come, first serve basis. Deck table rentals can be shared by more than one family, however each table is permitted four (4) chairs. Call for membership options.

1. Membership Photos:
   Saturday, May 14^th and May 21^st, 2011 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
   Pictures must be taken of ALL NEW FAMILY MEMBERS, UPDATES and those joining for the first time. It is necessary to come to the Club for photos - avoid long lines at the time of opening.
2. Open House - Sunday, May 15^th, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Details will be posted on this web site soon.
3. Club Hours for Memorial Day Weekend:
   Saturday and Sunday, May 28^th and 29^th, 2011: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
   Monday, May 30^th, 2011: 12:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
4. Club Open Weekends Only until End of Central Bucks School Year:
   Saturday and Sunday, June 4^th and June 5^th, 2011: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
   Saturday and Sunday, June 11^th and June 12^th, 2011: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
   
5. Club Opens Full Time Saturday, June 18^th, 2011 through Labor Day.*
   Club Hours: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. All hours are weather permitting, up to Management Discretion or as posted.
   All pools will close 7:45 p.m. or 15 minutes prior to closing.
   * Dates are subject to change to allow for Central Bucks School Districts' snow days.
6. Swim Lesson Registration will occur on the following dates:

   First Session:
   Registration:	Wednesday, June 22nd 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   	Thursday, June 23rd 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   Lessons Begin:	Monday, June 27th - Friday, July 8th, 2011
   	Six (6) lessons during the two week period on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
   Second Session:
   Registration:	Tuesday, July 12th 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   	Wednesday, July 13th 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
   Lessons Begin:	Monday, July 18th - Friday, July 29th, 2011
   	Six (6) lessons during the two week period on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

   • Cost of Swim Lessons: $40.00 registration/lesson fee per child four (4) years old or above.
   • Register at the time you wish to have the lesson - 10:45 a.m. or 11:15 a.m. Times may vary.
   • Children four (4) years of age and older at the time of registration MUST BE PRESENT AND IN THEIR BATHING SUIT FOR WATER TESTING.

7. Summer Fun:
   Monday through Thursday - organized games for kids: 2:00 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
8. Planning a Birthday Party, Anniversary, Reunion or a Get-Together with friends?:
   LVSC supplies the facilities - you simply add the friends. A great way to spend an afternoon or evening. Contact the office for additional information, rates and available dates.

Your membership card/bar code from last year will be used for 2011. Please locate your membership cards prior to Memorial Day Weekend. Lost cards will need to be replaced at a cost of $5.00 per card. Membership cards will be distributed and must be scanned upon arrival by each individual member - each member carries his or her own membership card, excluding infants. All picture updates and pictures for new members will be taken Saturday, May 7^th and 14^th from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. MEMBERSHIP CARDS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. USE BY OTHERS WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REFUND. All guests, either swimming or not, must be registered and paid at time of arrival.

Our policy does not allow for refunds of fees or dues paid. Charge for returned checks is $25.00.

LVS&TC rents tables, chairs and umbrellas on the wooden decks surrounding the pools for a fee of $125.00 (if available) and chaises for $15.00 for the season.
